Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information KDP Fitness (KDP PETE PTY LTD trading as KDP Fitness, ABN 62 343 162 414) collects through this website and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you fill in our trial or enquiry form we collect:
- your first name, mobile number and email address
- your main goal, if you choose to tell us
- the option you chose and the page you sent the form from
- campaign details in the web address (UTM tags), if you arrived from an ad or link
- whether you ticked the SMS consent box, and the time you gave consent
How we use it
Your details are sent to our member system, INFINITY-Gyms, so our team can contact you by SMS about your trial or enquiry. If you ticked the SMS consent box we may also text you about offers. We don't sell your information.
Who else handles it
- INFINITY-Gyms, our member system, stores your enquiry.
- Our website hosting provider (Lovable, which runs on Cloudflare) processes requests to this site.
- Some pages include an embedded Google Map. Google may collect information when the map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
On www.kdpfitness.com.au and kdpfitness.com.au we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure and improve our ads. It reports page views, ad-click information and that a lead form was successfully submitted. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, chosen option, goal text or lead value to Meta. Standard Pixel data can include the page address, browser/device information, IP address and Meta cookie identifiers. Form details are sent privately to our member system, not put in the page address.
Visitors in Europe, or where we cannot tell your region, are asked to Accept first. We also ask first in other regions requiring consent. Elsewhere the Pixel loads with our notice unless you Decline, subject to applicable browser opt-outs. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by Meta without this website tracking.
You can decline or withdraw advertising permission using Decline in the notice or Cookie settings in the footer. Declining stops further events and prevents loading on future visits; it does not undo data already sent or remove cookies already loaded. We remember your advertising choice in your browser, with a visitor reference, time, region and the version of the notice and choices shown. Later withdrawal preserves the earlier consent record. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for that page visit. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email us first at danny@kdpfitness.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
