Cookie Policy

Cookies we set

On www.kdpfitness.com.au and kdpfitness.com.au the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) may set advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not load it on staging, preview or localhost.

Session storage

If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we keep the campaign tags from the web address (UTM tags and ad click IDs) in your browser's session storage, so they can be included if you send our form. This is cleared when you close the tab.

Google Maps

Our Home and Contact pages include an embedded Google Map. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Analytics and advertising

The Meta Pixel reports page views, ad-click information and that a lead form was successfully submitted, to measure and improve our ads. Standard data can include the page address, browser/device information, IP address and Meta cookie identifiers. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, chosen option, goal text or lead value. No Google Ads tracking or automatic advanced matching is enabled.

Visitors in Europe, or where we cannot tell your region, are asked to Accept first. We also ask first in other regions requiring consent. Elsewhere the Pixel loads with our notice unless you Decline, subject to applicable browser opt-outs. Meta can still count ad clicks and impressions without website tracking.

Your advertising choice

Our notice says: We use cookies from Meta to measure our ads. You can decline. Accept and Decline are equally available. Use Decline, or reopen the notice using Cookie settings in the footer, to withdraw permission. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Decline stops further events immediately and prevents the Pixel loading on future visits; it does not remove existing cookies or undo earlier reports.

We save your choice under kdp_tracking_consent in local storage, with a visitor reference, time, region and notice version recording the data, advertising purposes, Meta recipient and choices shown. Withdrawal keeps the earlier acceptance evidence. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for that page visit. Region checks are limited to the current visit. See Meta's Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
