K-IRON
Strength

K-IRON

A full-body strength class using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and plates to train every major muscle group. Structured like a personal training session with controlled sets, supersets and targeted muscle work.

A functional strength class focused on building muscle, improving movement control and developing real strength. Programming changes weekly using EMOMs, supersets and strength blocks.

A structured 40-minute EMOM strength session split into two focused blocks — 20 minutes of compound lifts followed by 20 minutes of isolation and accessory work. Each minute starts a new set.

A high-rep barbell strength class led by Kelly, focused on building muscular endurance and total-body strength. Lighter to moderate weights with controlled repetitions keep muscles working continuously.
