  • When can I start?
    Immediately. Once you sign up, you can book classes straight away and train right through until January 31.
  • How many classes can I do?
    This offer includes unlimited group training classes during the access period. Train as often as your schedule allows.
  • Do I need to be fit already?
    No. All sessions are coach-led with options provided. You just need to be ready to show up and train.
  • Is this personal training?
    No. This is structured group training. You’ll be coached every session, but training is delivered in a class environment.
  • Is this a challenge?
    No. This is training access designed to build consistency before our February Lifestyle Challenge.
  • What happens after January 31?
    You’ll have the option to continue training and roll directly into our biggest Lifestyle Challenge of the year — with no joining fee.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Because this offer provides immediate access and scheduling, all purchases are non-refundable.
