FAQs

What should I bring to class? 
  • A drink bottle and TWO towels - one for yourself and one for equipment. 

What time should I arrive?
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time. This gives you time to organise your belongings, yourself and start stretching. 

What if I am a beginner?
  • Majority of our members started out as beginners. We provide adjustments, where needed, and ensure correct form and technique. You will be fully supported on your journey, even if it is the beginning. 

It's my first time, what do I need to know?
  • One of our team will greet you and show you where everything is. You will also be teamed up with a staff member to ensure that you know what to do and where to go. 

Where do I park?
  • There is plenty of ​parking on site or on the street. Please be mindful of our neighbours and ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or garage doors.
