HOW OUR CHALLENGES WORK
We have designed a template that our clients have successfully undertaken in the past and continue to do day to day. It becomes your LIFESTYLE. We always encourage our New Clients to slowly start their transformation and that's what Challenge 1 & 2 are all about. Keeping it Simple and Real. Our Clients that have previously completed Challenges 1 & 2, can then move into the more technical and advanced Challenge 3 & 4.

For all our new PARTICIPANTS. The objective is NOT to be SUPER Stringent, but to keep you guys Accountable, Committed and Focused
You will be given an eating plan that is Simple and Proven.
No counting Calories
No watching Macros
and NO EXCUSES
Will will encourage and show you what REAL Food is and to STAY Away from all Processed Foods and Sugars. That's IT. 6 WEEKS to be accountable, eat Real Food and dedicate this time to Fueling the body. It is that SIMPLE.

And your Body will THANK YOU and show you the RESULTS
CHALLENGE 2 & 3
These 2 Challengers are for the Participants who have Successfully Completed Challenge 1 in the Past
Challenge 2 & 3 delve more deeply into the Why and How weight Loss and Building Muscle works.
We will encourage you to still eat Healthy and Real, with a larger emphasis being on what Macros are involved, the timing of Eating and the benefits and importance of coming Food and Exercise
Challenge 3 also introduces you to our DETOX and Fasting Options
CHALLENGE 4
Is an information booklet explaining the importance of maintaining muscle whilst losing bodyfat.
Once you have completed the first 3 Challenges, it becomes a LifeStyle and you eat and live day to day in a healthy aspect. With this in mind we show and teach you how important certain MacroNutrients are to the body and what effect they have.
CHALLENGE 5
Is all about MACROS and the importance of eating the right foods and at the right time, to get the biggest benefit.
What are MACROS?????
MacroNutrients are the components of everything we eat. Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats. And combining this with a knowledge of your Basal Metbolic Rate and what Calorie Deficit you should be in, will take your weight loss and muscle gain to a whole other level.
We will require everybody to do the initial scan and then track their food daily. You will be given an individual Macro plan to follow and we will be guiding you all the way through
